Refund & Exchange Policy

At Malika Clover, many of our pieces are made to order with care, intention, and limited production. Because each order is prepared specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer preference, or fit preference once production has started.

This does not affect your legal rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Made-to-Order Items

Most Malika Clover pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged due to:

Change of mind
Wrong size selected
Fit preference
Colour preference
Delays caused by customer confirmation

Minor natural variations in fabric, texture, colour, or handmade finishing

As our garments are produced in limited quantities and are not mass-produced, slight variations may occur. These are part of the nature of made-to-order and handmade garments, and are not considered defects.

Custom & Altered Items

Items that include any custom alteration, personalised measurement, custom length, custom fit request, or customer-specific adjustment are considered final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Abayas with custom sizing or length adjustments

Pants with custom sizing, length, waist, inseam, or fit adjustments

Any garment altered based on customer request

Any personalised or specially requested order

Custom and altered items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the confirmed order details.

Abayas & Pants

Due to the made-to-order and custom-fit nature of our abayas and pants, these items are not eligible for refund or exchange once production has started, especially where measurements, length, fit, or alterations have been requested by the customer.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before completing your purchase so we can guide you.

Standard Items With No Custom Alterations

If an item has no custom alterations and was ordered in a standard size, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn
Unused
Unwashed
Unaltered

Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

Returned with original tags and packaging
supported by proof of purchase

Returns or exchanges are only accepted after approval by Malika Clover. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
clear photos or videos of the issue
a description of the concern

Once reviewed, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the case and in line with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, normal wear, improper handling, or customer alteration is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Natural Fabric & Handmade Variations

Malika Clover works with natural and delicate materials, including linen and specialty fabrics. Slight irregularities in weave, texture, colour tone, stitching, or finish may occur and are part of the character of the garment.

These natural variations are not considered defects unless they affect the wearability or quality of the product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once fabric is cut, materials are prepared, or production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Return Shipping

For approved exchanges or returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Malika Clover will review the case and confirm the next steps.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Malika Clover, we currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Within the UAE

We deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Delivery timelines depend on whether your item is ready-to-ship or made to order.

Ready-to-Ship Items

If your item is already available and does not require production, custom sizing, or alterations, the estimated delivery time is:

Within 4 working days

This timeline begins once your order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Many Malika Clover pieces are made to order or customised based on customer measurements, sizing, length, or fit requests.

For made-to-order or custom pieces, the estimated production and delivery timeline is:

7–10 working days

This timeline begins after your order is confirmed and all required details, measurements, or custom requests have been received.

For items such as abayas and pants, production may take the full estimated timeline due to custom sizing, fit adjustments, fabric preparation, and finishing.

Working Days

Working days do not include public holidays or unexpected courier delays.

During busy periods, launches, high order volume, or public holidays, orders may take slightly longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to update you as soon as possible.

Custom Order Delays

For custom or made-to-order pieces, delays may happen if:

measurements are incomplete
custom details need confirmation
fabric or material preparation takes longer than expected
the customer does not respond to confirmation requests
additional adjustments are requested after the order is placed

To avoid delays, please make sure all sizing, measurement, and delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are correct at checkout.

Malika Clover is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect contact information, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange a second delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may share delivery updates or courier details where available.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
