Made-to-order garments take 1-2 weeks to be made. Fabric availability may result in delays. 

Please note that actual colors may vary. Computer monitors differ in how they transmit colors.

Orders are generally delivered between 2–4 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent and the garment is ready. Personal customizations are available upon requests via Email/Instagram (Length and Width)-(Also applies to Gear which is in stock.) Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations or product availability. During our busy period, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.

If the item you would like to purchase is not available, we kindly invite you to contact our Team or to subscribe to our waitlist. 

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept exchanges on any item that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact. Please contact us at support@malikaclover.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender after inspection of item. Only unworn items will be accepted for exchange or refund within 7 days of when item was delivered to you.

For refunds or cancellations of any garments once the production has started, 30% of the total amount will be compensated for production of the items. 

Return Shipping & Refund Process 

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for pickup-delivery costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

To maintain its pristine condition, we recommend gentle handling and a few key practices. Firstly, hand wash or use a delicate machine cycle with low temperatures and lukewarm waters (<40°C/104°F). Employ a mild, eco-friendly detergent, avoiding bleach or harsh chemicals. To preserve the fabric's natural texture, line dry in shade. Iron on low heat, if necessary, and store in a cool, dry place. These thoughtful steps will ensure your garment continues to radiate its inherent grace for years to come, a testament to both its quality and your discerning taste. 

Below are some other care tips for your linen garment:

Separate Colors: Separate light-colored linen from dark-colored linen to prevent color bleeding.

Mixing Fabrics: Do not mix it with heavy items like towels, denim to avoid any damage

Use Mild Detergent: Opt for a gentle, eco-friendly detergent. Harsh chemicals can weaken the fibers and fade the colors.

Cold Water Wash: Linen is best washed in cold water to prevent shrinking or damage to the fibers. 

Gentle Cycle: If using a washing machine, choose the gentle cycle to minimize agitation.

Avoid Overloading: Do not overcrowd the washing machine. This ensures that the garments have enough space to move freely.

Turn Garments Inside Out: This helps protect the outer surface of the garment from abrasion. Button up all the buttons and zip up the zippers.

Avoid Bleach and Fabric Softeners: These can weaken the fabric and cause damage over time.

Limit Spin Cycle: Opt for a lower spin cycle to reduce wrinkling. 

Line Dry: Air drying is the best option for linen. Hang the garments on a line or lay them flat on a clean surface. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause fading.

Avoid Tumble Drying: High heat can shrink and weaken linen fibers. If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting.

Iron While Damp: For a crisp finish, iron the garments while they are still slightly damp. Use a medium to high setting, and iron on the reverse side.

Store Properly: Fold linen items neatly and store them in a cool, dry place. Avoid overcrowding, as this can lead to wrinkles.

Spot Clean Stains: Deal with stains promptly by spot cleaning with a gentle detergent.

Professional Cleaning: For stubborn stains or heavily soiled garments, consider professional dry cleaning.
