The drawstring rope, is crafted from Polish organic macramé, which underscores our commitment to supporting organic and environmentally friendly practices.

Made-to-order garments take 1-2 weeks to be made. Fabric availability may result in delays. 

Please note that actual colors may vary. Computer monitors differ in how they transmit colors.

Orders are generally delivered between 2–4 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent and the garment is ready. Personal customizations are available upon requests via Email/Instagram (Length and Width)-(Also applies to Gear which is in stock.) Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations or product availability. During our busy period, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.

If the item you would like to purchase is not available, we kindly invite you to contact our Team or to subscribe to our waitlist. 

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept exchanges on any item that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact. Please contact us at support@malikaclover.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender after inspection of item. Only unworn items will be accepted for exchange or refund within 7 days of when item was delivered to you.

For refunds or cancellations of any garments once the production has started, 30% of the total amount will be compensated for production of the items. 

Return Shipping & Refund Process 

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for pickup-delivery costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
